    Recovery is the most important part about continuing to see results. Passive recovery is your rest and rejuvenation period between workouts or exercises. Active recovery is more complex but most easily summarized by the changing of excerise programs between conditioning, hypertrophy, and strength. The variation from one program and the progression to another reduces the chance of hitting a plateau.
