The Axioms Process is the separating factor that ensures you are getting maximum results in your fitness journey beginning today. Step one already started when you had the desire to improve your fitness level and found us. Here is the rest of the process!

OUR 3 PHASE PROCESS



Phase I

Your Consultation

During your first visit we sit together and get to know you, your goals, and how important those goals are to you. Once we know where to start, a unique exercise program will be prescribed based on your fitness level, body composition, and objectives.

Phase II

The Journey begins

Based on your goals, mindset, and fitness level, you'll start on your first exercise program. We have three primary exercise programs; Conditioning, Hypertrophy, and Strength.

Hypertrophy

-increasing muscle mass

Strength

-strengthening under-active muscle groups
-corrective exercise
-building strength overall
 

strengthening under active muscle groups, corrective exercises, and simply getting strong as a bull.

It is important to note that most clients are concerned with conditioning, which is important but, the other two programs must be taught and addressed to ensure you never experience a slowing in your body's adaptation rate or what is known as a plateau. When weight loss and toning is the primary concern, the majority of the time will be spent on conditioning with the benefit of never regressing in your progress.

You're here! You have completed your first two phases and are in amazing, healthy, and absolutely glowing shape! Now is the time we teach you how to preserve this mindset, feeling, and body. Preserving your fitness level is a lot easier than the process of change; however, the detail to your training program is key . Finding the correct balance of conditioning, hypertrophy, and strength is where you learn to keep your amazing body and where your program design is crucial. Implementing the principles you have learned through our process into your workout routine will facilitate the maintenance phase and guarantee long term results. By this point you will no longer be just an axioms member but a living testimony of the axioms family
