    TNT Circuit is a high voltage, fun, super set based class, incorporating kettle bells, slam balls, TRX, & battle ropes. This is an overall body workout designed for experienced class goers & each station is designed to be modified for beginners as well. So what ever fitness level your at, this is a class you can handle but that will light a fire under your butt and get you burning fat at record pace!!

    Punch To The Beat is an acton packed hour of cardio, boxing, & kickboxing with the best in the business Jeff Murray. This class is an upbeat high energy total body workout, targeting arms, glutes, core & legs. With this class not only will you feel stimulated and invigorated, you will also learn key techniques that will help you in any self defense situation while also helping you in all other workouts you do. Combine all that with the great taste in blood pumping music & an upbeat personable atmosphere and you'll leave wishing this class was longer than just an hour! *Boxing/bag gloves recommended.

    Core On Fire

    A full-body workout that combines functional moves with classic strength moves to strengthen your arms, legs, CORE and everything in between. Every class emphasizes great technique and awareness so you can learn how to efficiently engage your core through everyday movements! You'll use dumbbells, the stability ball, and the Simply Fit board. The Simply Fit board is an exercise device used to strengthen core muscles and trim waist fat by using its balance-board design to enhance workouts. The board specializes in targeting abdominal fat (a.k.a. muffin tops), tones legs, and improves balance!
